This historic Grovemont residence makes for the perfect family getaway during your next stay in the Asheville area. It is one of the 15 original homes of E.W. Grove, of the Grove Park Inn, built in 1927. Its ideal location is 15 minutes to Asheville and 6 minutes to Black Mountain while still feeling nestled in a quiet mountain retreat. Grovemont Getaway features a harmony of old-world charm with modern conveniences like a fully renovated modern kitchen, smart thermostat, and WiFi access.
Upon arrival, there is plenty of driveway parking for up to four vehicles. The wide front porch is a great place to sit and enjoy the garden in the shade. You’ll have easy, key-free access with a front door code.
On the main level, relax by watching TV or having a family game night in the spacious family room. The chef and baker’s kitchen attaches to the dining room for cooking family-favorite recipes (or order in from plenty of delivery options – you are on vacation, after all!) to enjoy meals together.
