Welcome to the Best Deal on Lake Hartwell! I don’t think that you will be disappointed in the effort that we have put in to making this lake house the best property for your next getaway. We’ve tried to think of everything you might want, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy! We have decided to invite guest to share our home.
When you arrive at the highly sought after Reed Creek Community, you will be happy to know that this house is located off the road in a secluded 1.5-acre lot.
This home has a lot of southern charm that you will enjoy. There are many antiques throughout the house. There are rocking chairs on the front porch. When you open the door you will find hardwood floors almost throughout the complete main level and basement. The main level of the house is host to vaulted ceilings and 18 foot stacked rock fireplace with gas logs. The floor plan is a very open one with the great room and dining room sharing one large room that flows openly to the custom made kitchen. The master suite is also located on the main level. It has a full sized bathroom with a garden tub/shower. Step out the of the Great Room and Dining Area to the back porch with a bead board ceiling, relaxing porch swing, and ceiling fans.
Take the staircase from the main level to the second level where you will find a bedroom that has two twin beds. There is also another bedroom that has a full size bed. One of the most unique features of this house is the upstairs bathroom. It has an antique chrome footed tub and pedestal sink.
If you take the staircase to the basement you will find a very open living room area there as well. The basement also hosts a very spacious queen bedroom and a seperate full bathroom with a slate tiled shower and floors. The laundry room is also located in the basement.
We have an air mattress, water floats, and life jackets for guests staying with us.
From the basement door you can walk out onto a large concrete patio. From here you can follow the gently sloped lot to the covered boat dock. The dock is empty so you may bring your boat or rent one while you are visiting. If you need help renting a boat please just let us know. The cove that this house is located in is a very quiet one, but yet it is just yards away from open water. This house is located where Reed Creek and the Tugalo River meet. It is a perfect location on Lake Hartwell. It is located on great water and just minutes to downtown Historic Hartwell.
