Many windows view the covered porch that has 2 glass-top dining tables/chairs and the sandy beach/pier area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on this level. The lower level has 2bdrms, 1 full bath, den, sitting room/6th bedroom and laundry area. The landscaped yard is level for easy access to the Sandy Beach and lighted Pier. Very nice views of Lake Marion. The position of the properties allows for views and protected boat/jet ski parking along the pier or beach.
