Lake Breeze is a gorgeous lake home found about 75' from the water. The home is less than 10 years old and was very gently used during that time! So even the carpeting still feels fresh and new! There are 3 bedrooms, each with television. The master bedroom complete with king size bed is on one end of the home and features a ceiling fan as well as an in suite full bath with stand up shower stall. The other two bedrooms and full bath are found on the opposite end of the home. One bedroom offers a queen bed while the other bedroom across the hallway offers a full bed and twin bed, with lake view.. The full bath on this end offers a bathtub for easy bathing of little ones as well as an in tub shower
The kitchen, dining room and living room areas are an open concept. The ceiling fan is usually all you need in the woods to stay cool, but if you happen to hit a very warm spell, the home is equipped with central air. The kitchen is fully stocked and features modern full size appliances including a dishwasher. There's a utility room just off the kitchen with the washer/dryer and a doorway to the two car garage that guests have full use of. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the view through the extra wide sliding patio doors in the living room provides that spectacular sight of the water while enjoying a meal together. The living room furniture is fresh and comfortable for relaxing indoors with a good book or curling up in front of the television with a good movie! There's a leather ottoman here that opens to a twin bed if needed. Feel free to enjoy complimentary WiFi as well!
The home is surrounded by mature trees offering privacy from the neighbors! The huge lakeside deck offers plenty of space to lounge in the great outdoors. Enjoy soaking up the sun while watching the kids swim in the shallow sand bottom water or play in the open area lakeside! A paddle boat provides additional play time in the sun! Enjoy a pleasant outdoor dining experience, with steaks "hot off the grill", thanks to the charcoal grill mounted just a few steps off the deck. Then when the stars come out, build a bonfire lakeside in the in ground fire pit with complimentary wood (when available).
The large dock fits 3-4 boats easily, and the fishing right off the dock is pretty good too! Catfish lake features great musky, walleye and pan fishing. It's a lake known for recreational fun and with Boat Sport Marine conveniently located less than one mile away, you'll find plenty of water toys to try your hand at, and fuel too! Of the 28 lakes on the Chain, the 9 upper lakes are easily navigable from our dock. The other 19 lakes, referred to as the lower chain, can be accessed by use of the Burnt Rollways boat hoist that will lift your boat over the dam from Cranberry Lake, put it down on the other side of the dam on Long Lake and off you go to discover the Three Lakes end of the Chain!
As an added bonus to the home, Twelve Pines Bar & Grill, known for their pizza, is located literally just down the road within walking distance! We're confident Lake Breeze will be the vacation home you'll want to visit year after year!
