Golden Pines at Linville Falls Mountain Club is a new home to our program as of July 2022. This newly built home has your perfect mix of mountain and modern, with great touches for a relaxing experience.
*Construction notice: A new home is being built next to Golden Pines. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday beginning at 7am and typically ending by 7pm.*
The main level enters at the living room, situation around the gas log fireplace. A flatscreen TV is wall-mounted nearby so you can cuddle on the sofas and watch your favourite movie. Behind is the beautiful kitchen with large island for working on meal prep or having brunch at the bar. Nearby is the dining room with seating for six.
The main level has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a spacious room with king sized bed, high ceilings, and a private TV. The attached bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower with body sprayers. The second bedroom is a queen bed with TV. The second full bathroom opens to both this bed and also the hallway. Upstairs is the enclosed loft with a minisplit for additional comfort. The third bedroom is a queen with TV. Guests of this room share the second full bathroom on the main level.
Off the dining or living room you can access the decks. The southeast facing deck is covered, and wraps around to the left to the screened in porch. Here, you'll find a second dining table, additional seating, and the outdoor gas log fireplace. The fenced in backyard is great for children or small dogs, and includes the private fire pit. Spend an evening with the family under the trees and stars roasting marshmallows and creating memories!

Additional Notes:
- Firewood for the firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- The owners of this home use 2 exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is on the side of the garage facing the driveway. The second camera is a doorbell cam on the back door.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs (dogs must be crated when not supervised) with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
