Gemini Dream #102 is a beautifully decorated and spacious canal front home with gorgeous sound and ocean views and boat docks with access to the ICWW. Located in the gated community of Queens Grant in quaint Topsail Beach, the home has 2000 square feet of living space. Unlike other houses that only offer the beach, at 'Gemini Dream' there are unlimited things to do. Choose to spend your days walking to the never crowded beach through the private access, bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, and paddle boards and spend the day on the water easily accessed through the private boat launch and docks with immediate access to deep water, the ICWW, and the ocean. You can keep your boat at the dock right at the house for your whole stay! Choose to soak up some rays at the huge pool and hot tub and catch your own dinner! Dogs are welcome for an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
With this reverse floor plan, the main living area, dining area, kitchen and a half bathroom are located on the third floor. The living room opens onto a deck with views of the ocean and sound and it has an array of seating overlooking the canal. The chef in you will enjoy the large, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with gas range, walk-in pantry, and large refrigerator. A Keurig combination coffee maker is also provided. An independent ice maker makes it easy to fill coolers and still have plenty of ice for your cocktails as you watch the sun set.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and TV and opens to the second floor deck. This is a great spot to enjoy your coffee or sneak away to curl-up with a good book. The master bathroom has double sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, large closet, TV, and opens onto the second floor deck. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. The hall bathroom has double sinks and tub/shower combo.
The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. A home office on the ground floor provides quiet privacy for those who need to work, study, or attend virtual meetings while visiting. High speed internet and traditional cable are provided. An outdoor shower and tiled ground floor foyer with benches keep things tidy. The carport has covered parking for two cars.
There is a keyless entry lock on the carport entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
The Queens Grant Community is gated and has several community beach accesses, a community boat ramp, and community boat trailer parking. A community dock is in front of this home. Trailer parking and the community dock are on a first come, first served basis. Queens Grant also has a beautiful pool complex, playground, basketball court and grilling/picnic shelter. Grilling is not allowed anywhere in the community other than the picnic shelter due to fire safety concerns.
Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
