Back deck also has a table for outdoor dining, lounge chairs and outdoor couch. Private front courtyard has BBQ and also a deck with outdoor comfy chairs and ottomans, to put your feet up, and enjoy the views of the front vineyard, barn with mules and goats, vegetable garden and lake. Casper bed is beyond comfortable. Sofa bed (in living room) also has a comfortable therapeutic mattress. You won’t want to leave!

Summary: Somewhat disappointed with house. The pictures showed it nicer than it was. The outdoor furniture was dirty & worn out. The hot tub was directly in front of the occupied adjoining houses windows. Wasn’t appealing to use it. Having a hot tub does not allow you to claim it as a spa. We had trouble getting in the gate. We pushed the speaker a few times trying to call property mgr & never got an answer. Had to call VRBO support to get in the gate. We had zero contact with PM. Our last morning there was hot water for only one shower.
