Tucked away on the side of a mountain this cheerful and bright cabin offers a mixture of Mid Century, Native American and fun colorful décor for a wonderfully unique experience!
Ranch home offers spacious great room with natural stone fireplace, eat-in kitchen and separate dining room. There are three bedrooms total, the Master bedroom and an additional bedroom are located on the entry level, the third bedroom is located in the private lower level apartment space that offers a family room with sectional couch, TV, full bathroom and a small efficiency kitchen space with coffee bar. There is a laundry area on the entry level as well.
The area offers many outdoor activities such as hiking, water falls, train tours, white water rafting, gem mining etc...
To reach the home, you will have to travel a scenic, narrow and winding gravel road - which is easily traveled by car or truck. There are only (12) houses on the mountain, so the chances of meeting another vehicle are very low - however we can not guarantee that you will not encounter (and have to pass) another vehicle going up/down the mountain.
Think of this fun mountain home as glamping! Our mountain home is clean, cozy and offers all the comforts of home with many amenities from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds, cozy and quaint spaces, a laundry area, Satellite Internet and Dish TV, but this is a country setting - which means we have outdoor friends. It's important to note that there will be outside noises from time to time from the natural animal habitat - and is to be expected. Nature is a beautiful thing to experience! It is also possible to hear/see the animal habitat during the day/night hours and may include birds, squirrels, flying squirrels, bears, snakes, there will also be insects, spiders, and others, etc... To avoid visits from undesired animals/insects - keep house doors closed, food must not be left out on the inside or outside of home, over night and all trash needs to be securely placed in the provided bins - you assume all responsibility with encounters of outdoor wildlife and being mindful of their existence during your stay. If you are not into woods/nature/natural habitat, and what comes with it - this home may not be best suited for you.
There are high spaces (deck) that you must be mindful of - not suitable for young children/small pets.
Lower level patio has a steep slope directly off the front end of the patio. Be mindful of using this space at all times during daylight hours or at nighttime. Use caution when walking around this space - not suitable for children.
The home has portable A/C Units in the Master Bedroom and Living Room. These are to used only when absolutely necessary - they are not mean to be used continuously. Open the windows, enjoy the fresh mountain air and wonderful cross breeze through the home. We also have several table top fans if needed/desired.
Home is on well. The natural well water tastes great - the water pressure throughout the entire home is excellent!
Home is on a septic system. No feminine products or any other items than toilet paper can go down the loo - absolutely no grease or large solids can go down the kitchen sink.
No candle burning is permitted. The home has pretty flameless candles on timers throughout the house. There are also wonderful natural essential oil diffusers (with multi color lighting) for your use in all of the bedrooms, and one non-lighted diffuser in the family room. Interior fireplace use is NOT permitted.
No glitter, fireworks, or hair dye permitted.
Exterior Security Cameras are In Use - cameras are for your security and ours. The cameras are only video surveillance (no audio) and are located at the entry points of the front entry, side entry deck, back deck down to the yard/garage door and the inside of the garage.
We love dogs and furry friends are always welcome with an additional non- refundable $100.00 pet fee. There is also a $250.00 refundable security deposit which will be returned after check out - and inspection of no damages. If there are damages or excessive cleaning needed - Security Deposit will be forfeited.

-Must have own bed
-Must have own food bowls
-Not permitted on furniture or in beds
-Can not be left in house freely unattended - and must be crated if left alone.
-Must be cleaned up after - inside and outside areas.
-Extra cleaning/damage charges will be incurred if any of these requirements are broken.
-Separate Pet Agreement will be sent if plan on bringing your dog(s)
