## These non-negotiable rules are strictly enforced.
## Violations may result in eviction and a fine of at least $1000, which may be increased based on the extent of cleaning and damage caused.

4. *Personal Care Products*
## Self-tanning, glitter, and hair dye are not permitted to be used in the home.
## Stained or damaged shower curtains, towels, linens, or furniture will be charged based on their replacement cost.
5. *Pets*
## Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. A cleanup fee of $100 or replacement fee will be charged if pets cause damage.
## Please ensure that your pets are well-behaved and please, clean up after them.
6. *Natural Elements*
## While we regularly spray for bugs and insects, and the property is professionally cleaned after each stay, it is important to note that being near nature may result in occasional sightings of bugs, insects or wildlife inside or outside the home. If this is a concern, please consider booking a different property.
7. *Essential Consumables*
## Starter kits of essential consumables, including coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, are provided.
