The Space:
Our one bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Charlotte! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, there's something for everyone in Uptown's Fourth Ward! You'll find yourself in the midst of some of the best shopping and dining options in town. There are an endless number of cute coffee shops, happening dining options, and necessities such as ATMs and nearby grocery stores that will make for a great getaway. Enjoy the unique mix of historic and modern architecture while exploring all that Uptown has to offer.
Getting Around:
No wheels? No problem! You won't have to go far to find transportation during your stay with us. Uber and Lyft are very active in the area and easily accessible. Your suite is steps from public transit and less than a 10-minute walk to CLT's Gold Rush trolley or LYNX blue line.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
