Kitchen has dishwasher and a very nice island bar. Living area and back porch has a beautiful view of pool, cabana and the pristine Frio Pecan Farm orchard. Three bedrooms have two (2) queen size beds and one bedroom has two queen size beds and a single bed. All bedrooms have their own bath. In addition there is a 1/2 bath located next to pool. The Pool House also has its own private fire ring. Only four vehicles may be parked at each house ($5.00 per day charge for each additional vehicle).
