Foxtail Cabin is a 25-minute drive from the quaint small town of Marion where you can spend your day exploring the new 310 District, an indoor shopping space that's home to Marion Wing Factory, Toonez Chop House, Marion Hot Wheelz indoor skating rink, Chances of Sprinkles Bakery, and several retail shops before enjoying some nightlife at Mica Town Brewing Company and Spillway Bridge & Co. Take a quick 30-minute drive to reach Nature's Playground, Morganton, which is home to South Mountains State Park along with a dizzying array of natural wonders and more multisport options than you can ever imagine. Ladybugs and Kudzu Beetles may be seen in our area in the fall and winter months, and it is not uncommon for them to find their way into homes to escape the cooler weather from time to time. They are not poisonous and cannot be exterminated.
