Our professionally decorated two bedroom/two bathroom condo is located on the first floor for easy access. Both bedrooms have king size beds, TV, walk-in closets and attached full bathrooms. The full kitchen has everything you need to have your meals 'at home' style for those days when you are too tired to go out! Relax on the sectional couch or chaise lounge in the living room with its wall mounted flat screen smart TV or head to the sunroom to enjoy a cocktail. The sunroom has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space during your stay. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the condo for convenient cleanup after a day at the pool, beach or on the links.

On site conveniences in this gated community include a designer swimming pool with fountain, putting green, gazebo, playground area, lighted tennis courts, volleyball court (rackets and volleyball in condo)and grilling area for burgers and dogs at the pool! On vacation but still have work to do? There is wireless internet access in the condo and computers by the pool. You can also keep up your workout routine at the fitness center also located by the pool.

Myrtle Beach boasts crystal clear warm blue Atlantic ocean water a short 3-5 minute ride away (7/8 mile)( 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella for renter use) and some of the best golf courses (65 courses total) in the US (Arcadian Golf course is right next door). Summary: This is my 2nd time renting this property. My friends and I love the place. The only problem was we could only drive 2 cars instead of 3 because we could only get 2 parking passes. We came from different locations and had to wait for others before checking in.
