This home sleeps 8 and offers a comfortable and practical layout with a modern coastal design. A fully stocked kitchen with added amenities (Kitchen-Aid mixer, blender and crockpot) and a comfortable living room offer an inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the deck that looks out to the ocean. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds and the third has a queen-sized bed with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom that is spacious with dual vanities and a large walk in shower. The two other bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which also has dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.
Included: Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs, EV charger, a pack and play, high chair and baby gate, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. A Tesla charger, an outdoor shower, bikes, kayaks and baby gear (baby gate, high chair and a pack and play) are provided for your enjoyment.
There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.
