Your home away from home is located in Trendy East Nashville. With over 1800 Sq Ft, you will have plenty of room and be very cozy during your stay. Outside is a great front porch and a super area in back of the house to hang out, BBQ, and relax with friends and/or family. Just added BBQ in back....all you will need is the charcoal. Update 3/20/22: Just added new outdoor furniture for your spring and summer relaxing outside.
You'll notice the eclectic mix surroundings in East Nashville with new restaurants and hot spots opening up monthly. The downtown area is only 3 miles from your door step and the airport is just a little over 10 miles away. So in all a quick Uber / Lyft drive to anywhere in Nashville from your front porch!
The home has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen to cook up a storm for yourself or larger group.
The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath area. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen. You'll find a second bathroom upstairs next to Bedroom 2 and 3. We also have a futon that turns into a twin bed in the living room and a twin blow up mattress located in the upstairs closet if needed as well. In all plenty of room for up to 8 guests.
The kitchen is huge and has everything you'll need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 very comfortably along with 2 bar stools on the high top in the kitchen. You'll find a Keurig coffee maker for that cup of coffee to start your day.
Owners fave restaurant close to home is Nicolettos Pasta.....best pasta in town! The locals pick their pasta up and take it next door to Mickey's Tavern to hang out. Slow Hands has great coffee and pastries. Tower Deli is known for Breakfast..... amazing breakfast burritos, omelets, and bagels!
