Location: This house is centrally located in Greensboro (just off 40 and 840 highway) and near all that Greensboro has to offer. 5 minutes to Top Golf, 12 minutes to the Greensboro Coliseum. 20 minutes to the High Point Market, 24 minutes to Downtown Winston Salem.
Layout: This is a split level home.
Lower level features 2 bedrooms including one king bed and the bedroom features a queen bed. There is an extra sleeping area with a bunk bed hidden within the move room. The lower level also features a movie room, full bathroom and game room that includes a 65 inch TV, ping pong table, pool table, arcade and basketball game.
Upper level features 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, utility room
Bedrooms: The main bedroom features a King Bed, spacious room, walk in closet and 65 inch TV. There is attached spacious main bathroom with water closet, large walk in shower and soaking bathtub.
Kitchen Amenities: This house is fully loaded. Just pack your clothes. All kitchen items are available. Microwave, stove, cooktop, grill and more. Need supplies to cook, we have you covered with bakeware, blender, coffee maker and even a rice cooker.
Dining Room: Features amazing amazing lighting fixture and is right off the kitchen with comfortable seating for 8.
Bedroom 1 (Main bedroom): This room features a vaulted ceiling with a king bed, walk in closet and attached full bath with a water closet. A 65 inch TV sits across from the bed and bench. Black out curtains ensure a great sleep.

Outdoors: The backyard is surrounded by trees and offers a oversized deck with a dining area and lounge area and outdoor grill.

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of two locked closest that are used for owner storage.
