Summary: Despite being in an active industrial area (Garden City), the home exceeded our accommodation needs. The home easily accommodated me and my other 5 guests. We specifically chose this house, not only because of the reasonable price, but because it had the rooms set up to meet our specific individual/couple (married) group make-up. My guests and I were very surprised on how roomy it was. The single story home was very spacious. It had 3 full bathrooms. The two back rooms (2 queen beds and the master bedroom-king bed) heard the faint horns of the trains mentioned, but we were all heavy sleepers and it didn't bother us. The room (king bed) across the hallway bathroom and the front room (2 queen size bunk beds with a full bathroom were very spacious and homey. The closets in each of the rooms were very spacious too. It was just mind boggling how spacious the closets were. The house looked and felt brand new. It had all the modern amenities. The HVAC was obviously new and kept us very comfortable. The screened in backed patio was also nice. Although it was in an industrial area, it was close to the Savannah Convention Center and downtown Savannah and not too far away from Tybee Island. The house was also very near (minutes) convenient stores/grocery stores and gas stations.We can't wait to come back here again soon to visit and stay at this specific house.We were here from Virginia Beach, VA for my wife's South University graduation at the Convention Center.
