This recently updated spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation rental is the perfect home for couples with children. Redecorated to give our guests the nicest luxuries, each room has adorable décor and is a great spot for a group of families! The house is child proof and equipped with 2 portable cribs, a high chair, and baby gates. Main Level: The open floor plan consists of a spacious living and dining area, as well as a well stocked kitchen with granite countertops. New stainless steel appliances and vast counter space add to the kitchen appeal. The living area has plenty of seating space and features a 55 inch flat screen TV, blue ray dvd, and surround sound. The entertainment center is stocked with adult and kid games, cards, puzzles and dominos. The master bedroom with a king bed with a tv/dvd player and separate bath, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer are on the first floor. Upper Level: The master bedroom has been converted into a cute kid’s room/playroom. It can accommodate eight – 2 full/twin bunks and a fold out full couch. With an entertainment center filled with tv/dvd, games, books, toys, WII gaming system and bean bags to sit on, there is plenty of space to play/relax. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs and each have a queen size bed and share a full bath. This house also features three covered decks and outdoor speakers where you can enjoy the beach view and great breeze! The large back porch features a gas grill and furniture (8 seat dining table, couch, ottoman) is available for use during your stay.
