LOCATION!!! This beautiful, freshly renovated two bedroom, two bath, single floor plan condo provides a superb water front location. The condo is situated right beside the common area on Bald Mountain Lake. This location provides you access to covered picnic tables, charcoal grills, and a fishing pier. You are within walking distance to the restaurants, the beach, and the recreational facilities.
Entering the condo, you will find a completely remodeled beautiful unit. The great room features a 65 inch flat screen TV, a large couch, two large chairs, a dining table with a bench and four chairs that easily seats six. There is a screened in porch facing Bald Mountain Lake. You can relax on the porch in one of the rockers or fish off the bank right behind the unit. The view is amazing!!! The modern kitchen has new cabinets with quartz counter tops and a beautiful mosaic backsplash, a dishwasher, a large sink with garbage disposal, an electric ceramic top range, a microwave, a refrigerator with an icemaker, plus a stack washer and dryer.
Each of the two large bedrooms includes two new queen beds and mattresses, a 42 inch flat screen TV, a dresser, a closet, a private bath with new vanities, and a tub and shower combination. This unit will easily sleep eight people. One bedroom looks out to beautiful Bald Mountain and the golf course while the other bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the lake. The front porch has a rocking chair and a table with two chairs to enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Bald Mountain and to enjoy watching the golfers.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
