Nestled between Bald Mountain Lake and Golf Course, come relax in this recently renovated end unit that has all the amenities of home to make your stay more comfortable.The living room has a brand new queen size sofa bed and two new recliners where you can enjoy the views of Rumbling Bald Mountain or your favorite show or game on the brand new 65" flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make memorable meals, or enjoy take out from one of the restaurants. The main level bedroom off the living room has two queen sized beds with new mattresses and a full bath. Upstairs you'll find the master suite with a king bed with all new bedding, adjacent bath, and small patio that over looks Bald Mountain Lake.This condo comes with a washer/dryer. The three decks will be just one reason to call Lake Lure home.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
