During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access Harmony Hill. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. We ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
• HOA and Noise Ordinance: Harmony Hill is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is under a noise ordinance between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. This property is bound to the restrictions of a Homeowners' Association. Outdoor fires, RVs, and ATVs are not permitted.
• Amenities: Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. This property does not have a landline phone. WiFi calling can be used for calls.
