7-Day Cancellation Policy: The first night of your stay is charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. The balance is posted on your arrival date, and any outstanding balance is due at check-out. Your reservation is guaranteed by your first night's deposit and secured by your credit card on file.
You have 7 days prior to arrival to cancel or change any dates of your reservation. Outside of 7 days, you may cancel or change the dates of your reservation, for any reason, for a handling fee of $50 and the remaining deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel or change dates within the 7 days prior to your arrival, your first night's deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within 24hrs of arrival forfeit their entire reservation.
