Large Flat screen TV in main living area and 2nd TV in Bedroom. Private pool, large grassy yard, under house recreation area with gas grill/ping pong table/corn horn/picnic table/outdoor shower/hammock/beach chairs/umbrella. Semi-Private beautiful Southern Shores beach is 2 1/2 blocks away. Distance to the beach is an easy walk or free parking pass is provided. There is 1 additional unit on opposite side of property rented to a local couple. Usage of amenities are for owners and seasonal guests. Additionally, our dog is never outside alone. He is always with the Owner.
