*GREAT FOR WALKERS, DOGS + KIDS: Our neighborhood has plenty of sidewalk space and is only a 2-min walk to our public neighborhood park for a morning stroll to walk your pup(s). If bringing children, this park has its own newly renovated jungle gym. Tennis and pickle-ball courts available for free as well!
*PARKING: Our home has complimentary private parking on our driveway that can fit up to 3 cars.

*CHECK-IN/OUT: We are flexible on check-in and check-out if you kindly let us know in advance! Complimentary check-in is at 4PM and complimentary check-out is at 11AM.
*PETS: We love dogs! Dogs under 50lbs are $100/flat or $125 for two for the duration of your stay. Dogs over 50lbs are $125/flat or $200 for two for the duration of your stay. We kindly ask that you let us know you are bringing your companions ahead of time so we may prepare for your furry friend's arrival.
*INFANTS: Welcome! We do not have infants, so this house has not been "baby proofed" but if you feel comfortable bringing them at your own risk, you are welcome to bring your bundle of joy. Our 3rd bedroom is located right next to the laundry room on the 2nd floor, so that is a win for all parents! We have had parents bring their own pack and plays.
*CHILDREN: Welcome! We do not have children, so this house has not been "child proofed" but if you feel comfortable bringing them at your own risk, you are welcome to bring your children. The 3rd bedroom comes with a murphy bed with a pull-down full bed - if you are bringing your little ones, please let us know and we will have the bed down and ready for you! Many parents have brought their own items like pack and plays which are welcome as well.
*GUESTS: Only guests confirmed on the reservation are allowed in the home for liability purposes. We do not allow hosting or parties.
*AGE REQUIREMENT: Just like car rentals, we do require you to be at least 25 years of age in order to reserve our home. Photo ID is required. Thanks for understanding!
*MONTHLY RENTALS: We also offer month-to-month leasing for those looking for something short-term. Please message us with your intended dates and we can work with you on our monthly rates.
