This wide slab of polished granite is a free-standing hub for entertaining, with sink, wine cooler and minifridge.
Stretching out into the open living space, a wide counter of granite offers bar seating for four while guiding you into the expansive gourmet kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need to create an epicurean masterpiece, including five-burner chef’s range, dual ovens and a wide center island for extra workspace.
French doors to one side of the open living space give way to a spacious lanai, boasting outdoor TV and panoramic views of tranquil lagoons. Steps to one side give way to the gorgeously updated pool deck, with covered dining for four and shimmering resort-depth swimming pool.
Four guest rooms continue the motif of exquisite Lowcountry living amid marvelously updated surroundings. The first of three on the ground floor could function as a master, with its sprawling king-size bed set beneath a ceiling fan with private access to the back patio and spacious en suite with dual-basin vanity and expansive walk-in shower set in glass bricks and offering dual showerheads.
Passing by the full-size laundry with washer and dryer, we come to another pair of bedrooms, which share access to a full bath with spacious corner walk-in shower. In the first we find a double-size bed concealing a double sized trundle bed in a space with personal flat-screen TV. In the second, perpendicular double top & bottom sized bunk beds offer a great spot for younger guests in a space with flat-screen TV and ceiling fan.
The final bedroom can be found just up the set of stairs which wind upward through the open space of the home to a spacious balcony.
