Enjoy our elegant family home. We are centrally located south from downtown Houston and north from Galveston Beach. Galveston Bay 1mile, Kemah 5miles, NASA, HOU-William P. Hobby Airport 33min drive, Houston Methodist Clear Lake 4min drive, Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal/Galveston Beach 32min drive are all within close proximity along with fishing, waterpark, jet skiing, boat riding, Bayou Wildlife Zoo, Kemah Boardwalk and many other attractions, recreations, restaurants, bars and shopping centers the area has to offer
LAYOUT OF THE SPACIOUS HOME -- Main Dining room, Breakfast room, all appliance kitchen with all the essential dishes and cooking ware. One Queen-sized bedroom is located on the first floor across from the 1/2 bath and Main Living room. Up the stairs, you will find Living areas and 3 bedrooms. A Queen-size in one bedroom, a Queen-size in the second bedroom, and a King in the Master bedroom. All the upstairs rooms have easy access to the 2nd bathroom. Persons sleeping on the first floor will need to climb stairs to access the shower/bath. The Master bathroom has a shower, a tub, double vanity sinks, walk in closet and a toilet room. Backyard has a covered patio with firepit as well as a BBQ grill. Cable TV with free movies and 1000mps Wi-Fi included.
I live off-site, but I am always available for emergencies and always respond to texts and calls in a timely manner! We have a keypad on our door, so guests can check in at their convenience! You will have access to the entire house with exception to the car garage and a few closets that I use for storage. I also ask that you do not use the fireplace.
