Beautiful newly constructed Lake-home that sleeps up to 18 people. Perfect for single family or multiple family vacations. There are 3 private bedrooms, 1 open loft bedroom, and a bunk room that sleep 9. There are 2 full bathrooms, and a 1/2 bathroom. The main floor has a great room with open layout of kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a large screened in porch over looking the lake. There is a wrap around porch adjacent. Loft has king size bed over looking the lake on one side and north woods on the other. Lower level has a bedroom at the base of the stairs. The bunk room holds 3 double bunk beds to hold up to 9 people. There is a living room separating them. There is extra refrigeration for food and drink overload. For daily recreation around the lake house, there is available to you, a pier, lounge chairs, 2 canoes, 3 kayaks. There is an outdoor fire pit for nightly campfires. Wood included. The spring fed lake is great for fishing and boating (boat landing just down the road). There is an island, sandy beach and sand bar to visit. Bald Eagles and loons inhabit the area. It is only 20 minutes from Eagle River - for groceries and shopping. Wonderful homemade fudge. Tourist attractions and excellent dining. it is close to hiking trails and road biking for summer fun. in the winter, cross country skiing just out the back door. Down hill skiing 30 miles away, and snowmobiling. ice fishing and ice skating. Come!
