For your first night and morning, we provide a few late-night snacks, bottled water, coffee pods, tea sachets and, a complimentary bottle of wine is available upon request. Please let us know your preference prior to arrival. You’ll also find a packet of bath salts in each bathroom with a tub for a relaxing soak.
The living room, loft and primary bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu or any other streaming apps available for use (you must use your own sign-in credentials).
The main level features an open-layout design with a modern, well-appointed kitchen, complete with a counter-height bar seating four and a dining area for four, all overlooking the living space, creating the perfect setting for gathering and relaxation. Tucked away on the main floor is a private guest room with a queen bed and a full bath conveniently located just outside the room, offering both privacy and accessibility.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, including a Samsung refrigerator with two ice size options, a double oven, air fryer, blender, egg cooker, toaster, microwave, and Keurig, as well as bakeware and utensils.
Upstairs, you’ll find a light and inviting loft, two bedrooms, a dedicated office, a shared bathroom, and a laundry room. The loft includes a large TV along with board and card games, providing a cozy space to unwind.
The primary suite features a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with double sinks and a large custom walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed and its own walk-in closet. The office and secondary bedroom share a full bathroom located between them. A conveniently placed laundry room off the loft makes it easily accessible to all upstairs spaces.
Each of the three full bathrooms is stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and a bath salt packet for soaking.
The backyard is mostly enclosed with a privacy fence and bordered at the rear by a split-rail fence along a tree line for added seclusion. A furnished gazebo provides a peaceful place to relax, while two rocking chairs on the front porch offer the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
The neighborhood is generally quiet, with friendly families nearby. On pleasant days, you may see and hear children playing outside, adding to the welcoming community atmosphere.

While staying in our home we kindly request you please treat it with the care and respect you would your own home. We've put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
We've set the following house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member of your traveling party. We hope you have a great time and find everything you need at our home.
Please ensure that you have read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain it further in detail to avoid any misunderstanding.
1. Events, weddings, parties or loud music are prohibited. If you are not sure, your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. A Good communication is key. A fine of $500 will be assessed for any events or parties. Use of confetti or glitter, in or out of the home, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100.
2. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please be respectful to others around you. You will be asked to leave/vacate the home by the host or police if this is an issue, without a refund.
3. No pets are allowed on the property. Bringing an unauthorized animal will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without refund and a $250 additional cleaning fee for pet hair or dander. Any pet-related damage will incur additional charges, with a minimum of $500 for repairs.
4. Early check-ins and late check-outs MAY be possible, but are not guaranteed. Please ask and make these arrangements a few days before your check-in and we will do our best to accommodate. These arrangements cannot be made when booking.
5. This is a self-check in property by using the Yale smartcode which will be provided by the host. You certify that you are willing and able to read & follow the instructions that are given through Airbnb, the house manual and check-in instructions.
6. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping devices, and incense. Any evidence or odor of smoking indoors will result in a $250 fee per day of the reservation, at the discretion of the host and cleaning team.
Guests may smoke outdoors only, away from doors and windows. Please dispose of all cigarette or tobacco waste properly. Any cigarette, cigar, or tobacco debris left behind will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
7. There is no garbage disposal, so please do not put food or cooking oil down the kitchen drain. A $300 fee may apply if a plumber is required due to improper use.
8. Minors under 18 should not be left unattended or unsupervised. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for supervising children during their stay. Any injuries resulting from guest actions or lack of supervision are the responsibility of the guest.
9. We understand that accidents can happen. If anything is damaged during your stay, please notify us right away. We’ll address the issue promptly and determine any necessary repair and/or replacement costs accordingly.
10. We provide special washcloths for makeup removal and kindly ask that you remove makeup before getting into bed. Failure to follow this may result in charges for replacement of stained bedding if stains cannot be removed.
11. Any time guests leave the home, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
12. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. n the case you misplace something in or around the house during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can be on the lookout for the item during the changeover and cleaning period.
13. If additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover is required, a $100 extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Please note: A $250 biohazard cleaning fee will be charged for vomit, blood, or other bodily fluids. These fees are separate from and in addition to any other applicable charges listed above.
