An elevator is accessible to all levels inside, an outstanding convenience to have while on vacation! There is a small flight of stairs to gain entry. Enjoy state-of-the-art electronics and home theater systems throughout the house, including an outdoor sound system at the pool level and another system on the top deck. Family will love the convenience of the private oceanfront pool and hot tub. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, watching the sun rise over the ocean. Private pool available from the second week of April to the third week of October. The pool size is approximately 16’ x 24’. Optional pool heat is available for $400/week. All guests will receive FREE pool heat in 2026 (April through October)!
