Summary: The house is cute, well cleaned and updated. However, it felt like we were staying at someone's primary residence as there was clothing and shoes in the closet, pantry items in the cupboards, and multi-use bottles in the shower. There were no house manual or welcome notebook provided in person to tell you about the area, suggestions for restaurants/museums, etc. I was told "it's all in the house listing". There were no mention of what to do with dirty dishes, nor was a broom located to help clean the dirt from our shoes from coming in during the rain. The blanket on the couch had a horrible smell to it. We enjoyed Nashville, but felt we were intruding in someone's personal house instead of a rental. The house is close to Broadway and historic Nashville, makes it convenient to get a cheap ride and save money from parking fees.
