The Space:
Guests will enter through the door located on the front porch. Once inside, you will be welcomed to our open concept living room and kitchen. You will find everything you need, a full kitchen, queen sleeper sofa, and large SmartTV. Our kitchen comes with everything you need to make dining-in a breeze.
Just off the kitchen you will find the bathroom, it has a beautiful clawfoot tub!
Our generously sized bedroom comes fitted with a very comfortable queen size bed, it's the perfect spot to rest at the end of the day.
We hope you find some time to sit outside and enjoy the front porch, it's a great place to start your day and to hang out while you grill!
This open concept living quarters is perfect for any couple, small family, or business professional visiting Pensacola!
**Please note, this is a duplex and the back side of this house is also available to rent.** Please note, there is a door that separates the two spaces in the bedroom that REMAINS LOCKED AT ALL TIMES (unless both units were booked). ***

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
