Welcome to my beautiful home next to Downtown Asheville. My house is located on Beaucatcher Mountain overlooking downtown Asheville. It is a short half mile walk to all the restaurants, breweries and galleries in Downtown Asheville. Plus, the Biltmore Estate, grocery stores, the Asheville Mall and numerous other shopping options are all within 2.5 miles of my house. You will not be disappointed in this location.
The house features two bedrooms and one bath along with an open kitchen and spacious den. It is perfect for guests looking for a rental that is extremely close to downtown but in a residential neighborhood with a yard and easy parking access. There is a small front porch where you can sit and relax while watching the sunset or checking out downtown Asheville. There also is a big back deck with a dining table and four chairs. There are multiple windows throughout the house which let in plenty of natural light when wanted - all windows have pull down blinds. Both queen size beds are extremely comfortable, and the couch has a chase to easily lay around while relaxing. Other features of the house include:
