The Upper Level offers an open, loft-like feel that consists of a primary suite with a King Bed, and a full bath (shower & jacuzzi tub). While there are no doors, you will have the entire floor to yourself. The Main Level consists of an open floor plan with a kitchen (island with 3 bar seats), a dining table, and a living room area with a stone wood-burning fireplace (Duraflame logs only please. They can be purchased at a nearby grocery or convenience store). and TV. Access one of two private patios through the French doors to enjoy a covered and beautifully-decorated extension of the open living area. The Lower Level is one large open room that consists of a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and sitting area, 58" TV/Entertainment, and French doors leading onto the second private patio. This outdoor sanctuary is encircled with beautiful native landscaping and boasts a luxury hot tub, an open-air deck, and a pathway that leads into the surrounding woodlands.
Please note: Dogwood Treehouse is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee. This house also has a dog crate in the basement closet available for use as needed. This home underwent major remodeling and received significant updates in March 2021.
