IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR PARADISE, YOU'VE FOUND IT!
This property has been described by some as the most beautiful location in all of Beaufort! With water on 3 sides at high tide, you're never without a view! This home was completely renovated in 2017 and includes 4 bedrooms (2 masters) and 3 full baths. One master is on each floor and both have king beds. The remaining 2 rooms are downstairs and have 2 twins in each. Kitchen and den are upstairs to take advantage of the gorgeous views! The home does have wifi. Outside, a bridge takes you to an island that connects to the deep water dock. Perfect for parking your boat! Two kayaks are available for use while you stay. Catch shrimp, crabs and fish right from the dock! Conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Beaufort, and 30 minutes to Parris Island. There truly is not a more peaceful place on earth!
Please note... we do not allow smoking or pets. Please be aware that the Marine Corp Air Station is across the river from the house. At times planes will take off and they can be loud. There is no schedule that they follow and most of the time you won't hear them at all.

Summary: Views from house and dock are gorgeous. House is nicely decorated and fully stocked with anything you could need. I was able to cook a full meal and had the pots, utensils, and spices needed. Host is excellent communicator and quick to respond. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. We took 2 boats, 20 and 24 ft. Dock accommodated the 24 ft boat nicely, but we had to dock the 20 ft boat beside it. The driveway was extremely narrow, with our boat trailers barely fitting, but there was tons of parking once we made it to the house. Beware if bringing a t-top boat. It will not fit down the driveway and you will need to put it in before arriving at the house and take it out at departure. The closest boat ramp was about 1 and 1/2 miles away, but it didn’t look very trustworthy. We launched our boats at the landing in town. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation home and we would definitely utilize it again.
