You must show a valid photo id and credit card upon check-in, our property does not have any convertible couches or rollaway beds, we are pet-friendly with limited pet rooms, and only first floor has the availability for any kind of pets or service animals, all our rooms are nonsmoking; we don't have any smoking rooms. we have smoke-free rooms. also, cooking is not allowed in the rooms. we have a penalty of $400 for cooking and a $250 fine for smoking in the rooms. however, we have some designated smoking areas near the lobby for our guests' convenience, we require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in for incidentals or property damage. in case of property damage, smoking in the rooms, cooking, undeclared pets; the deposit will be forfeited.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
