Summary: Check in / check out was great - VERY friendly staff. The room was average, clean & comfortable which was fine. The issue was that there were continual LOUD bangs from the stairwell door throughout the night from at least 10pm - 3am so we didn’t sleep at all. Im unsure if these banging noises were from guests or staff. There was also an awful smell in the hallway too. Overall it was ok - would probably stay again to be near RDU.
