Summary: The cleanliness was subpar. Sheets were dirty, it didn’t seem to be vacuumed as there was trash and debris on the floor, the bathroom/tub was pretty dirty and the drain didn’t work so within a couple moments of showering the tub was filling with water. We also woke up to mice in the room. Staff on duty didn’t seem to be trained and was told checking in our dog wouldn’t be a problem but upon checking out they proceeded to charge us extra, which was fine, but would’ve been nice to know when I asked upon check in. Overall, not the best stay.
