The property is located 7 mins southwest of downtown Wendell. Wendell is a cute, small home town. If you're wanting a Hallmark, small town movie feel - this is the town. It is also located 12mins away from the fast growing town of Knightdale where you can find all your fast food restaurants and small shopping centers. Hwy US-64 is 6mins east which can quickly and easily take you south to Garner, North to Wake Forest or as Far East to Cary within 20-35 mins. We are also Northeast of Clayton which is a 14min drive.
