on Lake Hamilton. Located @ 136 Northshore Terrace, Hot Springs, AR 71913. Great place to enjoy horseshoes, volleyball, picnic tables, lots of seating on pavilion, 16 ft. x 32 ft. on water, swim dock, great view everywhere you look, fishing is great. There is a "fire pit" with seating, tiki lamps for atmosphere, wood & kindling furnished.
No crowds here .There is 2 1/4 acres, with over 1100 ft. of shore line. When you pay to stay, its all yours. Fantasy Island now has a party barge, a 22' Sun Tracker, "Signature Series" you'll love it. You have a covered boat slip, take the party barge out & in whenever you choose. The local marinas charge $450 for this same party barge. We charge our guest $350. first day, @ $250. any additional days.
Tell your family and friends to meet you here . You'll find much to do here. The unit is about 50' ft. from water's edge, one step into the unit, and a very gentle slope to the water. We have had 40-50 people here for some great cookout, We'll negotiate a good price for you for the large crowds. You'll love "Fantasy Island". We now have two queen size beds in bed rm. no. 1, another queen in bed rm. no. 2, also a standard size sleeper soffa ,room for a blow-up mattress. It sleeps 10. N/C for two small children over, N/C, we do allow tents. You'll love Fantasy Island. We hope you'll be one of our repeat visitors. We now have a paddle boat & two kayaks @ N/C, that's right FREE! When yo pay to stay, you get $150. in water toys, use them all day every day @ N/C.
