And because we are centrally located, you can be at the beaches or downtown with 20 minutes. Make the most of this homes proximity and use the county park right next door, the greenway for bike riding, public boat landing less than a mile away and restaurants right around the corner. This single-story home is ideal for fishermen, multi-generational families, or groups of friends in search of a peaceful waterfront home in the Lowcounty.

During the day check out historical downtown Charleston's shopping then hop on carriage ride or grab a bite to eat at one of the award-winning restaurants. If getting a suntan or finding sand dollars and sharks teeth is on your agenda, Folly or Kiawah beaches are just 20 minutes away. Golf courses are just a hop over the bridge. The Green-Way or County Park is located inside our neighborhood and offers the perfect bike paths. The home offers a new private boat landing with complimentary kayak along with boat trailer parking.
