The outdoor firepit and large patio are perfect for resting or entertaining as you enjoy the outdoors. There is also a headed outdoor dining area. The home is on the Bynam Loop Bike trail and is only 3 mins from a Kayaking put-in on the Haw River.
This is a large wooden pole barn with more than half converted to a cozy living space. The bedrooms are about 12x12 and there is a loft over the living area with a bed and sofa sleeper.
