Completely renovated two story 1200 sq. ft. home holds 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It will sleep 6 guest comfortably. It is located in a quite neighborhood in the Santee circle community.
The living room is cozy as can be with a large sectional. There is also a 55" smart TV where you can stream all your favorite shows. Both bedrooms are upstairs which have their own 32" smart TV's. The home is equipped with a washer/dryer, all appliances and all the kitchen and bath essentials you would need to start your stay with us as well as all bed linens.
There is ample parking for your boat and vehicle on the paved driveway at the home.

We do have a camera system outside of the property but no cameras inside of the home.
No guest are allowed on balcony outside the second floor bedroom.

We do not allow events, parties, or large gatherings at the home.
