Summary: We were here 3 months Jan.-April this is our second winter here. It is well equipped.The pictures and descriptions provided were accurate.The kitchen had everything we could have wanted, we had most meals at home .There were extras here beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and fishing rod that make this place the complete package, we didn't have to worry about either packing them or buying them. The location is great your close to golf, bike paths, shopping, beaches and restaurants all are walking distance. The neighbors here are very friendly and helpful there's always a smile and hello. The channel at the back has lots of traffic manatee, tarpon, rays and large and small boats there is always something to see.Vivian and Juan the owners were very help full during our stay .Needless to say we will be back !!
