We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different ethnicities living around the house.
Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided.
ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.
