Summary: Ceiling flooded at 430am and bathroom unusable. I was advised they are unable to give refund due to 3rd party booking. They did put me in a different room 5am but the room with original issues apparently had a flooding history and staff knew it. Also had A/c issues and sliding door to balcony was broken. They booked a room they knew was in need of serious repairs.
