This beautiful 1950's hunting cottage sits on several acres along with the owners' home where they reside. The tranquil property is surrounded by Live Oak trees, Pecan trees and Camillias. The area is wonderful for bird watching and stargazing. The cottage has been renovated including new furniture. This relaxing getaway is great for day trips to Georgetown, Pawley's Island and Myrtle Beach. Pets welcomed with owners' approval. Fees apply per pet.
The space
2 large bedrooms upstairs each with private baths. One queen bed and a full bed. There is a nice full-sized air mattress if needed with room in each BR or in LR to set it up. No sleeping on the sofa please. A twin roll away bed available as well.
Guest access
You have access to entire house and back garden. There is a fire pit with chairs in front of shed available to you. You are welcome to walk the property and bird watch or watch the cows if they are nearby. Please keep a respectful distance from our property.

There is a $20 per person/per night fee over 4 guests. The owners live on the property and are available to answer questions or make suggestions.
