The home is in a peaceful location and the front porch is perfect for people watching, but only a few blocks from all the excitement Plaza Midwood has to offer. You will be in walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery store and a Google rated 5 star wine, cheese and sandwich shop, The Culture Shop! The house is less than two miles from two major hospitals and Uptown. Bank of America stadium is approximately2 miles away. The bus line is a few blocks away. Hardwood floors through the home, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with a dry bar, including a wine/beverage refrigerator. Grill out on the front porch or on the back deck with a large fenced in back yard and fireplace. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and the 2nd bedroom has a Peleton and desk for a nice working space. There’s a king bed in the master. ALL Utilities paid! Two car driveway and one will be covered in carport and plenty of free street parking out front. Mens and womens bike available. This is the place to stay in Charlotte. We are also within a mile of great restaurants in Elizabeth and 1.5 miles from the eclectic NoDa neighborhood. Great venues include the Honky Tonk Dive bar, The Thirsty Beaver, Thomas Street Tavern, Workmans Friend and two awesome music venues, Neighborhood Theater and The Visualite.
