In addition to the cozy living room, television with Basic Cable and DVD player and the custom kitchen... the main level of the cabin also boasts 3 Guest Bedrooms One w/Queen Bed/ One with Full size bunk beds/One Single bedroom along with a Double Vanity/ Full Bath with Tub/Shower combination for guests. Central Air & Heating.
The Master Suite w/ Queen bed and 2nd full Bath with Tub/Shower combination is on the opposite side of the house for privacy. Downstairs offers a great playroom for kids of all ages, with a Brick wood burning Fireplace, a Full-size Futon for additional sleeping. Darts, 3 game pool table, card table, bar and 3rd Full Bath with Tub/ Shower combination and Laundry.
Outside you can enjoy evenings on the huge deck. Take in the breathtaking mountain views, enjoy a barbecue and relax in the Screened in Dining area. So Peaceful.
Nestled in a country like setting but close to everything. Rutherfordton has the Beautiful Kiwanis Park that backs up to the Purple Mountain Greenway for hiking. Close to Restaurants, Wineries, Hiking, Fishing, Zip lining and so much more.
