- Loud music and community disturbance after 10:00 PM will result in a fee of $500 or more. Many of your neighbors are also our guests, and our properties are not designed for potentially disruptive noise.
- The maximum number of guests allowed shall not exceed the amount in the listing. Please request the host’s approval and note there will be an additional charge of $125.00 per guest per night. Over-occupancy will not be tolerated and may result in immediate forfeiture of your booking without a refund.
- Your host has prepared all appliances and amenities for your responsible use. In the rare event that an appliance malfunctions, please report it to your Host and the situation will be rectified as soon as possible.
- Please report any damage incurred during your stay to items such as linens, towels, furniture, etc. Should items be found damaged upon your departure, you will be responsible for the replacement or repair of those items.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Should you check-out after 10:00 am without the approval of the host, you may be charged for each hour you remain on the property after the check-out time (calculated in half-hour increments).
- Guest(s) shall peaceably return the Premises to Host in the same condition it was received in at the beginning of the Term. You are not expected to launder towels and linens.
