You'll enjoy relaxing views and easy greenway access. This home sleeps seven and is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and essentials for family life (games, kid size dishes, a crib, kitchen booster seat, baby gates, etc.).
The space
We are close to WakeMed, downtown Raleigh, Red Hat and Walnut Creek Amphitheaters! Great restaurants are close by and it is easy to get to the major highways.
The expansive deck with a comfortable outdoor living room, featuring a pergola, twinkle lights and cushy chairs for enjoying the evenings. A fan is available to take outside on hot days, and a small space heater is available for cool evenings.
The house includes a functional workspace with a monitor, a yoga mat, a portable fan, and many cooking tools.
A TV (Netflix, Prime Video) is available in the living room. A coffee/tea bar is set up in the kitchen, and guests are invited to use the fridge and freezer.
We are tucked back in the neighborhood, which makes it easy to access the fully paved Crabtree Creek Greenway, one of the best-known and most scenic greenways in the region. Bring your bikes!
For both short and long term stays deep cleaners come weekly and will clean hard surfaces, make bed, etc. usually on Tuesday.
Ongoing cleaning for longer stays, $100 every 4th day, in addition to the cleaning fee at checkout.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full single family home with fenced in yard. A gracious deck overlooks a yard with woods and trails beyond.
Pool and restaurants are located within the neighborhood.
There is a dedicated workspace in the second bedroom, and the kitchen has all you need for meals at home.

City ordinance prohibits parties at short-term rentals. We understand that you may have one or two people stop by for a brief time. To avoid conflict with the local law, we ask that you have no more than two unregistered guests, for one hour or less, per day.
Pets are limited to two dogs (no cats due to severe allergies). Must be fully housebroken and trained. $100 per week. Extra cleaning fees and maintenance/damages will be charged after checkout if extra cleaning is needed or damages are incurred. Pets must never be left unattended unless securely crated.
Host maintains the right to enter the property during rentals for maintenance or upon reasonable belief of a safety issue or violation of rules.
